New eBank at CABP

– The new website is our next big step in the area of e-banking. In the near future, we want to focus on the development of CA24 eBank and simultaneously develop the CA24 Mobile application. We will continue to take care of the safety and usability of our services," says Janusz Kępiński, Director of the Department of Internet and Mobile Banking at Credit Agricole.

The security of clients' data and funds is a priority for Credit Agricole. In the new service, the bank has increased the security of logging in and introduced the so-called security image. It provides additional security and a kind of password, thanks to which the customer can make sure that he or she is using the right transaction service already during logging in. The solution is simple and convenient, the selected graphics appear each time you log in to the service.

The users of the new eBank can easily manage their payment cards – they will change the PIN code themselves, block and unblock the card or order a new one. It will also be easier for them to manage their finances. The bank has prepared a so-called finance manager who categorizes expenses and presents in a simple way what we spend the most money on. The balance of funds and liabilities screen will also be helpful in the analysis of the general situation.  It shows in one place the funds available on current accounts, savings and investments, as well as liabilities on credit cards and loans.

The bank thought of blind and partially sighted customers. The new website has been equipped with the so-called contrast version, which makes it easier to read the content for the visually impaired. Blind customers can use screen reader programs and operate the system on the basis of names of buttons, labels or other screen contents read by external software.
